Follow the Queen
Follow the Queen is dealt just like standard 7-Card
Stud.
After a queen comes up on any open card, then the rank
of the following card is the wild. For instance, if
a Queen is dealt for an open card, and then a 3 is drawn
for the next person, then all 3's are wild.
Only one card may be wild at a time. For instance if
the above scenario happened, and then on the next turn
of open cards a 6 comes out after a Queen, then 6's
are wild and 3's are NO longer wild. So be careful,
your wild may change.
If a Queen happens to show up on the last open card
of the game, then nothing is wild since there is nothing
to follow that Queen.
Some Variations:
Some play that the Queens are wild throughout the whole
game regardless of other wilds.
This game can be "Follow the Anything" Any
rank card (Even Jokers) can be used in place of the
Queen.
The person just to the left of the dealer would only
get the chance of 3 cards following a Queen since he
is the first person to be dealt to. One way to avoid
this is to play a dummy hand just to the left of the
dealer, or flip just the first card and that will give
him a chance to in case the first card is a queen.
